- Remove complex search/filter feature from menu (simplify UX)
  - Optimize Homebrew cask detection (only check Caskroom symlinks)
  - Cache whoami outside loop, use bash parameter expansion
  - Fix spinner overlap with error messages
  - Add trap for Ctrl+C cleanup
  - Use ICON_ERROR for failure messages
