- `Day 4` Resolve open questions
- `Day 5` Gate review and freeze

- `UX Agent` draft IA and core flows
- `Core Agent` define models and protocol
- `System Agent` define permission matrix and boundaries
- `Adapter Agent` audit upstream capabilities

- `Docs Agent` draft attribution and notice files

## Exit Criteria

- All P0 scope questions resolved
- Week 2 inputs are frozen
- Decision log updated
